When can I place my Palm Sunday order?
Orders for the upcoming Palm Sunday season can be placed once our annual order forms become available. We encourage you to place your order as soon as possible after receiving the order form to help guarantee the products and quantities you're looking for, as some items may sell out before Palm Sunday.
Each year, we establish an order deadline. Orders received before this date give us the best opportunity to reserve your products and ensure you receive exactly what you need for your Palm Sunday celebration.
Although we encourage early ordering, we also keep additional inventory on hand each season to accommodate walk-in customers and last-minute orders whenever possible.
If I order early, will my palms be shipped right away?
No. Ordering early does not mean your order will be shipped early.
Your order will be carefully scheduled and shipped as close to Palm Sunday as possible while still allowing enough time for it to arrive safely. Orders traveling the greatest distances are shipped first, ensuring every church has the best opportunity to receive fresh palms in time for Holy Week.
What if I need a last-minute order?
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. Every year, we receive requests from churches needing palms at the last minute. In fact, we've even received calls on Palm Sunday morning asking if it was still possible to get palms—and we've made it work.
While we can't guarantee product availability after the annual order deadline, we do our best to keep additional inventory on hand to help churches whenever possible.
Although mistakes are rare, they can occasionally happen during a busy season with thousands of products being prepared and shipped. If an issue does arise, you can rest assured that we will do everything we can to make it right. We understand the importance of having your palms ready for your parishioners, and we know the responsibility that comes with preparing for Palm Sunday.
There have been times when we've personally driven hours to deliver replacement products after a shipping issue because making sure our customers have what they need is our top priority.

Do you have a minimum order?
No. We are happy to serve churches and organizations of all sizes, from small rural parishes to large dioceses, schools, ministries, and distributors across Canada.
Can you help me decide how much product I need?
Absolutely. We are happy to help you choose the right products and quantities based on your congregation size, decorating plans, and budget.
